UNDERGRIDEnter in Second Life ↗A PERSISTENT GAME WORLD INSIDE SECOND LIFE

Beneath the places you already know, another world is moving. Goods are made. Jobs are posted. Cargo changes hands. Organizations grow. Reputations are built. Undergrid connects it all.
YOUR NAME IS ABOUT TO MEAN SOMETHING.WHAT IS UNDERGRID?
Undergrid is a persistent roleplay and economy experience that connects people, places and activity across Second Life. Create an identity, then let your actions shape it. Take a job. Grow something valuable. Sell into the economy. Carry a package. Join a Syndicate. Discover somewhere new.
There is no script telling you who to become. Start small and see where your choices take you.
NAME / STORY / REPUTATIONTHE REST IS WRITTEN BY WHAT YOU DO.START WITH A NAME
Choose your name. Create your profile. Tell your story. Then build the part you cannot simply write: your reputation.
As you work, trade, produce, travel and connect with others, your character develops through actual play.

A CONNECTED PRODUCTION ECONOMY
Nightleaf is one of the first materials many players meet. Plant it. Care for it. Harvest it. Sell the raw product, or process it into Night Essence.
What one person makes may be something another needs. What one place lacks may become your opportunity.
NO LAND? NO PROBLEM.
Visit shared Undergrid facilities to access growing and production equipment, then take your goods to the Exchange. Start with what's available to you and build toward more of your own.
THE EXCHANGE
The Exchange connects production to demand. Bring what you have. Find what you need. Turn goods into Cr.
Some players make things. Others know where those things need to go. You can learn to do both.

JOBS / CARGO / DISCOVERY
A job might take you across a room. Another might take you across the grid. Pick something up, find a place, carry a package, or supply a location. The work gives the places around you a purpose.

THE GRID BECOMES THE MAP
Participating venues, markets, production spaces and social places are part of a wider connected world. One may have work waiting. Another may have equipment you need. Your next opportunity could be somewhere you have never visited.

SYNDICATES
Join a Syndicate, help one grow, work for one, or recruit people you trust. Each can build its own culture, ambitions and reputation.
The Black Ledger at The Playground is one story within Undergrid. Yours can begin somewhere else.
Find your peopleBUILD SOMETHING
Your first equipment may be small. So may your first storage space. Build toward the tools, facilities and businesses that let you do more and work with more people.
There is no class to choose on day one. The producer, trader, courier or organizer you become is shaped by what you do.
YOUR FIRST RUN
Visit The Playground in Second Life, claim the Undergrid HUD and create your identity. Then try the world for yourself.

FOR VENUES & COMMUNITIES
Undergrid can give an existing Second Life location another reason to be discovered. A participating venue can become somewhere people visit to work, trade, make, deliver, meet or explore.
Interested in what that could mean for your community? Come meet us at our flagship location.
